We want to ensure your event is the absolute best possible experience for you and your guests.  Ensuring that the band is setup for success is key.  Please see below for the logistical requirements needed to ensure the band can perform at its best!

Stage Requirements:

• For 5-6-Piece Band- 12’x20’ (min.)

• For 7-10-Piece Band- 16’x24’ (min)

• Band stand should be hardened surface (no grass)

• Band stand should (ideally) be covered AND have alternate plan in case of inclement weather.  (*Note: pushing two 10' canopy tents are not recommended, since rain will get onto the middle of the stage and damage equipment).  If a large canopy tent is used, temporary walls should also be attached as optional in case of inclement weather.

Electrical Requirements:

• 5-6-Piece Band- 50A dedicated service

• 7-10-Piece Band-75A dedicated service

Other:

• Band should have dedicated area to store equipment/bags.

• Band should have dedicated area to eat and relax during break(s).
